Abstract: The impact of compensation and work environment on employee performance at the Vocational High School Education organization in Bandung Regency is outlined in this study is quantitative and uses an associative approach. It was found that the initial phenomenon was that employees experienced a decrease in morale, initiative, participation, and job satisfaction. The data analysis techniques used include validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test for 40 samples. The results showed that the compensation and work environment variables have a significant influence on employee performance, and the compensation and work environment variables also have a significant influence on employee performance, as indicated by the significance value of the t-test which is smaller than 0.05 and the Fcount value which is greater than Ftable, that improving the quality of compensation and work environment can encourage improvements in employee performance in the school environment. Management is advised to pay attention to the feasibility of compensation and create a more conducive work environment.
