Abstract:	ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: The influence of capital structure and company growth on profitability and its implications for company value in a study of construction companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is the nature of this data is time series data, namely from 2019 to 2022. The data used in this research are monthly index numbers from December 2019 to December 2022. The type of investigation is causality, and The time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results, it was found that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; company growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on company value in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; company growth has a positive and significant effect on company value in construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022; positive and significant influence on company value construction Companies on the IDX in 2019-2022. Capital Structure and Company Growth simultaneously influence profitability and its impact on company value in construction Companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. This shows that construction companies can receive investment from shareholders if their capital structure, company growth and profitability increase. Keywords: Capital Structure, Company Growth, Profitability and Company Value ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Profitabilitas beserta implikasinya pada Nilai Perusahaan di Studi pada Perusahaan Konstruksi yang listing di Bursa Efek periode 2019-2022, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sifat data ini adalah data deret waktu (time series) yaitu dari tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angka indeks bulanan dari bulan Desember 2019 sampai Desember 2022. Tipe investigasinya adalah causalitas, serta time horizon dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Konstruksi di BEI Tahun 2019-2022; pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Konstruksi di BEI Tahun 2019-2022; struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Perusahaan Konstruksi di BEI Tahun 2019-2022; pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Perusahaan Konstruksi di BEI Tahun 2019-2022; profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Perusahaan Konstruksi di BEI Tahun 2019-2022. Struktur Modal dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap profitabilitas dan implikasinya pada nilai perusahaan pada Perusahaan Konstruksi yang listing di BEI tahun 2019-2022. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan konstruksi dapat menerima investasi dari pemegang saham jika struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan profitabilitasnya meningkat.
