engagement and retention, while career planning fosters development.
Evaluation offers growth feedback. Organizations must prioritize work-life
balance, positive environments, structured career planning, and fair
evaluation. Collaboration between HR and leaders is essential. This
approach enhances employee engagement, performance, and organizational
success
